Our Kind Company Poem

The Start of Our Story (Discouragement)

When spirits feel small and gray. When the tired tears start to fall. We know that heavy, dark feeling. That is why we made these rules. Our name is The Church of the Discouraged unlimited.

Our home is Australia now. We are a Guarantee Company. We follow Australian law. But its open worldwide, as you long as you don't try to ruin it.

Our Main Happy Job (Rule 2)

We want to help the public. Our job is to make things better. We stop people burning out. We want everyone to feel well.

Helping Hands (Turning from Tears):

We give safe places to rest. For tired, stressed, worried people. We teach minds how to slow. Learn about feelings inside. Strength grows, worries quiet down. Happy friends come back home.

Our Money Promise (Rule 3)

We do not look for profit. Money is for our main job. All funds help our big work. No pay for friends or leaders. We pay back cost of things. We pay for real, hard work.

Who Leads Our Group (Rule 4)

Directors run the whole show. They promise to help best. Work hard, always be true. They serve for just one year. Then we choose them again.

If We Must Close (Rule 5)

If the kind group must close. We must first pay all bills. Leftover money will leave us. Members get nothing at all. It goes to another helper group. They help people just like us. Leaders choose that new group.

We Follow the Rules (Rule 6 - Hope)

We follow all Australian rules. We listen to the law always. We wait for your brighter, new day.
